The 8th Annual Daisy Mountain Veterans Day Parade

Congratulations to our frieVeteran's Daynds at the Daisy Mountain Veterans for another successful Veterans Day Parade this past weekend. The Carroll Law Firm staff and their families were excited to watch the many participants march down Gavilan Peak and Anthem Way in proud celebration of our nation’s heroes. This year the parade had four former Prisoners of War, four Purple Heart recipients and fifteen Wounded Warriors serve as Grand Marshals for the parade. The event also recognized Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, who was taken prisoner while serving in Afghanistan in June, 2009, and who remains there today.

The mission of the Parade is to honor, support and thank all who have served and are currently serving in our Military. The goal of the parade is to draw attention to the truth that freedom is not free and directly support Veterans who have protected those freedoms through service.

The Daisy Mountain Veterans Parade also seeks to advance education and inform the entire North Valley area about Veterans and their sacrifices. The non-political, patriotic event enhances the sense of community for all and fosters a life-long appreciation of all branches of the United States Military within the next generation.

The Carroll Law Firm sincerely thanks all of those veterans who have served and continue to serve in the United States Military. For information on how to donate to the Daisy Mountain Veterans, please go to their website,
