Oktoberfest 2013 Comes to Anthem

photo 1The Annual Oktoberfest celebration took place at St. Rose Philippine Duchesne Catholic Church this weekend. The two-day event included many activities including a silent auction, a live auction, Kids Zone, car show, and an Oom-Pah band. The weather was beautiful and there were a great deal of people in attendance. Several members of The Carroll Law Firm attended the event with their families. The Carroll Law Firm is happy to support different churches, charities, and organizations in the Anthem Community. This year, we donated two estate planning documents to the silent auction.

The autumn is a time for many different annual events in Anthem. Next weekend will be Anthem’s Annual Autumnfest where, once again, you can expect to see the members of The Carroll Law Firm attending in full force! We look forward to seeing you there!

Current Arizona reckless driving statutes state that an individual is guilty of reckless driving if they operate a vehicle “in reckless disregard for the safety of persons or property.” Those convicted of reckless driving are guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor, and, if certain aggravating factors apply, a conviction could result in a jail sentence.
